Tape adjustments
2.1 Adjustable infeed tape guide in mm with laser graduated scale (only Virutex PEB250).
2.2 Tape thickness adjustable with a knob with graduated scale, allowing a correct and smooth banding (all models in the market except Eumacop eG, Karmei (version 8) & Ada-mik (models inferior to 62XL series).
2.3 Adjustable tape way out guaranteing parallelism between panel and tape (Virutex PEB250 & Adamik 62XL).
2.4 Guiding wires to avoid thick tapes to be sticked around the glue roller (Virutex PEB250 & Adamik 62XL).
2.5 Guide wires guaranteing a good banding start (Virutex PEB250 & Adamik 62XL).
Panel adjustments
3.1 Guide adjustable at 90º with laser graduated scale in mm (Virutex PEB250, Adamik & Karmei).
3.2 Guide inclinable up to 10º for banding door sides and other kind of special pieces (Vi-rutex PEB250, Goliath & Adamik).
Temperature adjustments
Adjustable temperature from 120ºC to 200ºC controlled by microprocessor giving a very exact control. Temperature control by electrical impulses protecting the heating elements from damages. Temperature control by intervals of 1ºC (only Virutex PEB250; Karmei & Eumacop by intervals of 10ºC; Adamik & Goliath adjustment from 120ºC to 160ºC without display).
Speed adjustments
Speed adjustment from 0 to 6 m/min at intervals of 0, 2, 4, 5 & 6 m/min. Speed control by microprocessor and controlled directly on the handle without to loose the machine control (only Virutex PEB250; Adamik 62 XL, XL & Karmei series with button on top of the handle, other models control at the machines body).
Glue adjustments
Precision glue adjustment with a maximum glue layer of 0.7-0.8 mm with stopper (only Virutex PEB250).
Glue pot cover
Glue pot cover with antirotation system to avoid burns due to glue overflowing (only Virutex PEB250).
Tape spacer
To avoid that the tape can be sticked arount the gluing roller (only Virutex PEB250).
Hanging ring
To hang up the machine for long or heavy jobs (only Virutex PEB250).
