Magnetic drilling machine
Ø 12 - 200 mm / 58.8 kg
Magnetic drilling machine ø200 220V
Meet the largest and most powerful magnetic drilling machine in our range: the ECO.200S/T. With a maximum drilling capacity of 200 mm and tapping and countersinking possibilities, this machine gives you the ability to make truly extreme adjustments on workpieces and locations that normally are impossible to do.
The adjustable speed and RL rotation makes this machine perfect for tapping. It also offers the precision needed to match the drill to the annular cutter and the material being drilled. Harder materials such as stainless steel and alloy steels must be drilled at lower speeds whereas softer materials such as aluminum can be drilled at higher speeds.
The ECO.200S/T has a brushless motor, which makes it more efficient than brushed motors.
Brushless motors are more efficient than brushed motors because they eliminate the friction and energy losses associated with brushes. As a result, brushless motors typically produce more power and consume less energy, which can lead to longer battery life and reduced operating costs.
With the ECO.200S/T in your portfolio you have a very versatile machine which give you more power and offer you solutions that others can only dream of.
Recap: Magnetic drilling machine, annular cutters max. dia 200 millimeter, power supply tension 220 – 240 Volt, power supply frequency 50 – 60 Hertz, power supply connection EU plug according CEE 7/7, rotation direction bidirectional.
ECO.200S/T digital display and speed control knob
When you turn the electronic speed control knob, the display will change the number between 140 and 284. The digital display shows the number of revolutions per second of the motor. The gearbox slows down the number of revolutions to the correct speed on the shaft. The following calculation is used to calculate the no-load speeds of the axle.
Revolutions per minute = Max. RPM gearbox setting : 283.3 x Engine revolutions per second (Display number)
With this calculation you can accurately determine the number of unloaded revolutions per minute of the shaft. This allows you to work more efficiently and accurately with different types of drills, different drill diameters and different materials. In addition, the core drills you use will last longer.
